Fixboo is a Chrome extension and web app for topic-aware keyword research. This page describes exactly what we collect, why, and what we do not do.

What the extension sends to our servers

• Your search query on Google (the text after ?q=). We use it to look up cluster data for that topic. We do not store individual queries tied to a personal identifier.
• Your IP address is observed by our hosting provider on each request and is used solely to enforce the free-tier rate limit (5 queries per IP per day). We do not log it for any other purpose.

What we do not collect

• No browsing history outside google.com/search pages.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs in the extension.
• No advertising or third-party trackers.
• No keystrokes, no page contents beyond the search-box query.

Account & billing data

If you sign up for a paid plan, your account is managed by Clerk and your payment by Stripe. Their respective privacy policies govern that data; we never see your full card details.

Data retention

Aggregated keyword and trend data about topics (not about you) is retained indefinitely as the product depends on historical trend signals. IP-based rate-limit counters reset every 24 hours.

Changes to this policy

If we add tracking, analytics, or any new data flow, we will update this page and increment the date above before the change ships.
